Our specialty lies in the ability to balance modern elements with classic inspiration and architecture to create interiors that are unexpected yet timeless. We frequently turn to antique and vintage pieces to create one-of-a-kind environments that never feel decorated.Founded in 2005, we offer a comprehensive design approach with a strong focus on custom millwork and architectural design elements in partnership with perfectly executed furnishings, art, and accessories. We collaborate on all types of residential projects, with a passion for historic homes. Known for our custom millwork design and our ability to flawlessly layer in pieces from all periods, we are mindful of composing spaces that balance function with a desire to live beautifully.We believe that a well-executed interior includes an interesting mix of materials, finishes, and textures. Despite the specific style that is requested, each space we touch feels unique, layered, and timeless. In addition to our favorite local and online shops, J. Patryce Design has its own collection of unique art and accessories available within our studio shop. We are continually on the hunt for new and vintage offerings exclusively for our clients.We are currently working on projects throughout New York and New Jersey, including a Bronxville Tudor, a large country estate in Tewksbury, an expansive new build in Haddonfield, several historic brownstones, and a summer home in Southhampton. We would welcome the opportunity to take on work outside of the area if the right project presented itself.J.
