One of Hollywood’s funniest power couples just made a life-changing eight-figure deal. Comedy juggernaut Judd Apatow and his wife and frequent collaborator, actor Leslie Mann, sold their Brentwood Park mansion in an off-market deal for $27 million, according to Robb Report. The transaction went through last month.

Per the report, the couple—who met when Mann auditioned for the 1997 Apatow-produced dark comedy hit The Cable Guy—had been using the LA area estate as their main residence since 2009. They bought it for $18 million from Prison Break producer Marty Adelstein. The property is, for the most part, where they raised their now-adult daughters, who moved out long before the sale and are forging Hollywood careers of their own. (Maude stars in the buzzy HBO drama Euphoria, while Iris has appeared in several of her father’s Netflix productions, including the romantic comedy series Love and pandemic comedy flick The Bubble.) In an interview last year, Mann facetiously told late night television host Seth Meyers that her daughters both “stopped letting me follow them on Find My Friends” once they moved out of the house.

Not many images of the family’s former home are available given the deal was made off-market, but aerial photos show a sprawling multi-story manse that takes up about half of its three-quarter-acre grounds. The five-bedroom, seven-bath house boasts manicured lawns and also features a long pool, an almost cottage-sized pool house and an in-ground trampoline. Surrounding the estate are mature trees and hedges, which provide tons of privacy on a street with neighbors that include It Girl Sofia Richie Grainge and uber music producer and composer, David Foster.

It is not yet known who bought the property from the couple, or where they’re now settled. As far as publicly available information goes, the pair still own the $14.5 million Santa Monica penthouse they bought in 2018.
