With the keys to a brand new house in tow, Kaley Cuoco is getting serious about offloading the contemporary LA-area mansion she bought for $5.25 million from Taylor Lautner just last year. Per Robb Report, the Flight Attendant star finalized the $6.4 million purchase of a modern, ranch-style home in the Southern California city of Thousand Oaks on the same day she reduced the price of her dwelling in the nearby LA suburb of Agoura Hills. The contemporary boxy structure—which boasts a 45-foot-long infinity-edge pool—has a current ask of $5.75 million, down from the $7 million Cuoco listed it for in June.

Her new residence was built earlier this year. Nestled on a two-acre lot in a gated community, the 7,000-square-foot abode houses five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. A spacious great room at the heart of the home boasts an electric fireplace tucked into a charcoal gray floor-to-ceiling surround. On either side, large glass pocket doors slide away to make for an indoor-outdoor space when opened to the covered patio.

A wet bar graces the left side of the fireplace-equipped sitting area; to its right, a spacious eat-in kitchen is complete with all of the classic high-end trappings, including a massive stone island, plenty of storage tucked behind ink-hued cabinetry, and a brassy pot-filler above a luxe Wolf range.

The home’s primary suite features a roomy vaulted ceiling, another fireplace, outdoor access, and an ensuite bathroom complete with multiple vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass-walled shower. Other highlights include a wine cellar and a carpeted theater-ready room in the basement.

Per Robb Report, the Emmy-nominated actor maintains a few additional Southern California properties, including a Studio City spot as well as a 40-acre horse ranch.
