Always sensitive to the architecture of the home, SCH strives to create beautiful, functional, and unique environments. Whether a property development or an interior design project, SCH combines the need for warmth and comfort with a modern, organic aesthetic. Clean lines and a calm palette are reflected in both the interior and exterior design of their homes.Saffron Case Homes is based in Malibu, California and has worked extensively in the Malibu area throughout the last 10 years. Amongst recent projects on Carbon Beach, Serra Retreat, and Point Dume in Malibu, SCH has completed homes in Montecito, Beverly Hills, Manhattan, and Sag Harbor, New York.The SCH studio is based in Malibu and houses a team of talented designers and project managers. Owner Saffron Case has a background in design and in law from studies in London, England, where she grew up. She lives full time in Malibu with her husband and two children.
